Leadership
For Simón, storytelling has never belonged to a single format. From global campaigns and music videos to feature films, his work moves between formats without ever losing its visual identity. He has directed more than 200 commercials for brands such as Coca-Cola and BMW, won an MTV VMA, and directed DEFAULT and Paraíso Travel, which holds a national box office record.

Co-founder of Lil Heroes, founding partner and President of Content at EXILE Content (acquired by Candle Media in 2022), and former head of Fusion Media Group, where his team earned over 75 awards. As a producer, he won the Sundance Audience Award for Science Fair and executive-produced Netflix’s Who Killed Malcolm X?; a film that directly led to the exoneration of two men wrongly convicted of the murder.

With over 18 years producing film and television in Colombia, her credits span Netflix, HBO Max, ESPN, and music videos for artists like Shakira, Beéle, and Bob Moses. Laura is recognized for combining high-level execution with a warm, human, and collaborative approach to production, creating strong connections between creative talent, crews, and institutions like the Colombian Film Commission and Medellín’s Filmedellin.

Nineteen years in the industry, over 20 Colombian feature films, and several original productions for Netflix. Julio brings both creative instinct and deep production experience to every project. His debut directorial feature UNO: Between Gold and Death recently premiered on HBO Max, and his company picked up an Emmy for the ESPN Originals episode “Santa Cruz del Islote”.
